Lallemand Scholarship


Lallemand, the makers of Danstar dry brewing yeast, Lalvin dry wine yeast and Servomyces yeast nutrient, is once again proud to sponsor the Sixth Annual Lallemand Scholarship for the famous two-week WBA Concise Course in Brewing Technology, held at the Siebel Institute of Technology Chicago Campus Oct. 27 – Nov. 7, 2008.

This two-week course (valued at $ 3,035) will provide students with comprehensive knowledge of the brewing process, the dynamics of brewery operations, and socioeconomic issues affecting the industry. Whether you are considering a career in professional brewing or you are simply looking to maximize your home brewing skills, this will be the experience of a lifetime. The winner also receives $1,000 towards any expenses while in Chicago, one of America's most exciting and vibrant cities.

Requirements

This scholarship is awarded by random draw, and is only available to members of the American Homebrewers Association.
