W26: European Brewery Study Tour

Individual Modules

The European Brewery Study Tour is more than just a brewing field trip. The Study Tour is designed to build on the knowledge students gain in our advanced brewing courses towards developing a thorough understanding of how brewing science and technology is applied in real-world commercial brewing situations.

Over the span of two weeks, students will travel throughout Europe to get behind-the-scenes tours of breweries, equipment manufacturers, and product suppliers that have been selected by the World Brewing Academy as leaders in their area of brewing. English-language instructional sessions will be conducted throughout this program by our World Brewing Academy instructors and by representatives of the companies being visited. Tour busses and hotel accommodations are clean and comfortable, making the journey as enjoyable as possible. While fast-paced, the tour allows students time to absorb the beauty of Europe while learning from each company visited on the tour.
