The Siebel Institute of Technology continues to operate all web-based courses and programs without any delays or problems. We have temporarily closed campus educational offerings until early August at this time due to the COVID-19 situation.

To support our recent campus WBA students whose education has been impacted, we have immediately offered our well-established web-based educational option to complete this portion of their current studies.

Florian Kuplent

Florian Kuplent has worked in a diverse range of brewing environments over nearly 2 decades in the brewing industry. Starting as a brewer’s apprentice in a small German brewery, Florian built his brewing knowledge working with such companies as Meantime Brewing Co. (UK), Brauerei Beck’s (Bremen Germany), Brouwerij Moortgat (Breendonk, Belgium), and Mash, (London, England).

Over several years with Anheuser-Busch, Florian was also given free rein to experiment with new ingredients and different recipes at the brewery’s experimental microbrewery, which was where he created a series of award-winning craft-style beers under the well-known Michelob brand. Florian is now Brewmaster at Urban Chestnut Co, in St. Louis, MO where he works to bring new & exciting ideas in brewing ales, lagers and specialty beers.
