Happy New Year! 🎉 As we kick off 2026, we’re excited to share that the Siebel Institute has opened a new chapter with our move to Montréal, QC, Canada. This move marks a significant milestone in Siebel’s evolution, aligning with the changing dynamics of the global brewing industry and the need for the business to remain competitive and sustainable far into the future.

We are in the planning stages of a brand-new classroom collocated with the new Lallemand Baking Academy and Application Technology Training Facility, bringing complementary expertise under one roof while we continue delivering the same world‑class brewing education you know and trust.

As previously communicated and in celebration of the 25th anniversary of their World Brewing Academy (WBA) partnership, the Siebel Institute of Technology and Doemens Academy have announced that all advanced-level programs will be held entirely at Doemens Academy in Munich in 2026.
