J. E. Siebel and American Lager Beer

As America’s oldest brewing school, Siebel Institute has contributed substantially to the art and science of brewing. In his article “The Inspiring and Surprising History and Legacy of American Lager Beer” brewer and historian Greg Casey provides insight as to the role our founder Dr. J.E.
