Suzanne Thompson is Sr. Manager, Quality Services at Molson Coors Beverage Company where she currently leads the Analytical, Sensory, and Microbiology and Yeast Fermentation Teams for North America. Prior to this position, she was Sr. Manager, Global Consumer Technical Insights and Sensory and has held various positions in Quality at Miller, MillerCoors and Molson Coors during her career. Suzanne has over 40 years of sensory experience in the brewing industry with expertise in establishing and administering company-wide sensory programs at the corporate and brewery level, monitoring sensory quality and designing sensory testing related to product and packaging improvements and new product and packaging innovations. She was instrumental in the implementation of a global taste system across Molson Coors. Suzanne received a B.S. degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has served on the American Society of Brewing Chemist as President in 2003-2004 and held board member positions of President Elect, Vice President and Secretary and was the Planning Committee Chair for the World Brewing Congress in 2008. Suzanne is an instructor at the Siebel Institute of Technology and an international beer judge, judging the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup and International Brewing Awards.
